14 day Zumba® Challenge

Due to high demand, The 14 Day Zumba Challenge is back before summer holidays!

Zumba challenge is a 2 hours class daily with one day off (Fridays) for 16 days – 14 days class + 2 days off = 16 days

In these two hours you will have Zumba Fitness® and zumba Toning® ; These classes will be conducted by Monica Pulgarin from Colombia, certified Zumba instructor since 2010 and certifed personal trainer as well as International Zumba presenter and by Maira Melara from El Salvador, certified Zumba Instructor since 2011, certified Personal trainer, fitness competitor 1st sport Model, 2nd bikini diva.

The 14 day Zumba Challenge, is a fun challenge that will boost not only your strenght and energy but will also help you to lose weight, tone your body, improve your coordinations your memory, reduce your stress level and you will meet so many women with your same fitness goals who will support you all the way!

You can swich the time schedule as you wish, as there will be challenge in the morning and in the evening.

You can also pay per day if you feel you won’t be able to commit in daily basis, we have hourly rate for AED70 of 2 hours for AED 120.

This challenege is Only for women.

If you have any medical condition, we suggest to cosult your doctor before registering to the challenge.

To the challenge you must bring: a pair of dumbels or hand weights no more that 1 kilo weight/ each, an excercise mat, plenty of water and a towel.

Mohammad receives Islamic scholars

Visitors include guest scholars who are in the UAE to deliver religious lectures during Ramadan

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received on Thursday evening at Zabeel Palace a delegation of Islamic scholars and preachers who came to offer their Ramadan greetings.

The delegation includes the UAE President’s guest scholars, who are visiting the country to deliver religious lectures during Ramadan, members of the organising and jury committees of Dubai International Holy Quran Award and other lecturers, orators and Holy Quran reciters.

Shaikh Mohammad welcomed the scholars and exchanged Ramadan greetings with them. He also wished them every success in their great mission.

Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai were present at the meeting.

During the meeting, Shaikh Mohammad received a rare and hand-written copy of the Holy Quran presented to him from his sons on the occasion of Ramadan.

Shaikh Mohammad hosted an iftar banquet for his guests, which was also attended a number of Shaikhs and senior officials.

Flydubai begins daily flight to Prague… click for fare

Dubai-based flydubai has announced that it will begin daily operations to Prague from July 1, an increase from four weekly flights.

With this additional frequency, flydubai will operate a total of 49 flights a week to 11 points in Central and Eastern Europe.

Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer of flydubai, said: “Prague remains a popular destination for our passengers in the GCC. We also look forward to providing those in Europe with more choice and more opportunities to visit Dubai and beyond on our network. Our strategic base in Dubai allows passengers to benefit from flydubai’s interline agreements with other carriers, providing opportunities for onward travel to more than 200 destinations.”

Flydubai has been operating flights to Prague since 2014. Alongside Belgrade, Bratislava, Bucharest, Skopje, Sarajevo, Sofia and Zagreb, it is part of the airline’s network in Central and Eastern Europe.

Renowned for its cathedrals, courtyards and culture, Prague is one of Central Europe’s most popular destinations.

Travellers can enjoy the Baroque architecture in the Old Town, take in the stunning views from Charles Bridge, discover the largest ancient castle complex in the world at Prague Castle and watch time go by at the Prague Astronomical Clock.

“With the start of daily flights to Prague we are offering greater convenience and the value for money that our passengers expect. Flydubai recently introduced WiFi connectivity and Live TV for the first time on selected flights as the airline continues to roll out the service across the rest of its fleet.

Economy Class return fares from Dubai to Prague start at Dh1,399, including 20kg checked baggage, while Business Class fares start at Dh5,500, including 40kg checked baggage.
