The Yog Nidra session would be lead exactly as per the tradition of Bihar School of Yoga which pioneered this powerful practice.This will also help us to connect to the Source so that the conscious and Unconscious body stays connected with the vibrations.

But this, in fact, is merely sensory diversion. Twentieth century research into sleep has proven that even entering into this traditional haven will rarely banish stress.
