DEARLY BELOVED….on Wednesday May 4th join us as we pay respect to the late great Prince.
The Music Room’s house band EVOLVER will be covering a selection of funk and rock classics that shaped an era and will be performing some of Prince’s most famous hits. DJ’s James Locksmith and Rick Prior will be digging deep into the vaults of Prince’s catalogue of originals, rare finds, remixes and B-sides, joined together with special guest vocalist Simonne Cooper. All band fronted by female vocalists just the way Prince would want it!
Expect a journey through his music, inspirations, influences, those who he influenced, his protege’s, material from the women he embraced and the lives he touched…this event is free before 10pm and 50 AED on the door after, with door proceeds donated to one of Princes causes.
