Jenner, or at least her lookalike, was seen wearing a niqab outside Burj Khalifa in an Instagram post on Sunday night by DJ Neptune, the CEO of UAE-based celebrity management company Next Class Agency.

Hadid, 21, and Jenner, 20, have been to Dubai before, they were last here for a New Year’s Eve party to ring in 2015 along with Selena Gomez and Cody Simpson. They also travelled to Abu Dhabi to visit the Shaikh Zayed Mosque.
Hadid’s in Dubai as part of her global #TogetherTour to promote her #TommyXGigi collection. She will meet fans at 4pm on Monday at the fashion catwalk at The Dubai Mall. Thirty fans will be picked from the crowd who will get a chance to meet her face to face.
The collection, which premiered during New York Fashion Week on September 9, features women’s sportswear, footwear and accessories, including watches, sunglasses and fragrance.
The #TogetherTour, which kicked off on September 2 in Berlin, has also taken her to Milan and will land in Shanghai on October 14.
Hadid, the daughter of Yolanda Foster of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fame and Palestinian real estate mogul Mohammad Hadid, began her modelling career when she was two years old. She, along with Jenner, is now one of the busiest models in the world.
