Mother Daughter Yoga

In honour of Mother’s Day (US), we at Body Language encourage you to restore your mind and the mother-daughter bond on May 21st. This is a great way to nurture your relationship, balance your bodies, and practice Yoga at our Mother & Daughter Yoga.


WHEN: May 21 (Two sessions)


Session 1 : 10am-11am for mums with children between the ages of 5-11


Session 2: 11am-12pm for mums with children 12 years and older, including adult children


WHERE: Body Language


Our Yogi, Carla Julian, will take you through Yoga asanas, Pranayama (Yoga breathing exercises) and lots of fun strengthening and co-ordination sequences in a mindful approach. Each pose can be modified for varying levels of flexibility and strength. Feel free to bring your daughter, mother, grandmother, or any other special woman in your life. Happy Mother’s Day!
