It is very exciting for me to share with you what I love doing the most: inspiring individuals to transform their lives, careers and businesses! I am a CTI-trained Professional Co-Active Coach currently bringing my coaching practice to a whole new level through the most rigorous and powerful certification program in the industry.

• This playshop is highly practical, so there will only be a few minutes at the end for questions

• You need to be at least at lower-intermediate level as an English speaker

• Attendance is strictly limited to 15 participants; first come-first serve

• The playshop lasts for 2 hours. You may not leave before the end unless it is an emergency

• Completing the feedback sheet at the end is compulsory

3. build awareness of self-limiting beliefs

4. empower yourself with actions to move you forward

You will not:

1. be forced to talk about your private life

2. be given ready-made solutions to ‘problems’

3. be given any theoretical information

4. be evaluated or judged
